This woman has worn the same necklace almost every day for more than 20 years. The story behind it is incredibly romantic, but that's not the point here. She's just the sort of person you want creating the budget and managing the production of your project, which she's been doing expertly at TLG since 1993. If there's a storm, Kristen will be the calm center of it all. She's a creative collaborator with a genuine laugh that warms the room.
