You'd never know it, but English is her second language. Carole's early background in admissions at Gustavus Adolphus College is an important complement to her master's degree in communication from Cornell. She's a thoughtful analyst skilled at market research, strategic planning and creative direction. Carole is a detail person. Give her a red pen, and she'll find an extra space between two words.
